Responsibilities

5 Towers is a 21-bed advanced heart failure intermediate unit specializing in congestive heart failure, pre- and post-heart transplant, left ventricular assist devices, total artificial hearts, and the treatment and management of pulmonary arterial hypertension.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed or eligible for license in Kentucky
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Associate’s degree from accredited college or University

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college or University
