Responsibilities

Job Summary

The physical therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients. In this role you will perform patient evaluation, development and implementation of an appropriate treatment plan, delivery of treatment services, and comprehensive discharge planning. 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed or eligible in the Commonwealth of Kentucky
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or University in Physical Therapy 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
