Job Summary

The physical therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients. In this role you will perform patient evaluation, development and implementation of an appropriate treatment plan, delivery of treatment services, and comprehensive discharge planning. 

Area of Focus

• Patients 18 years and older
• Primarily treating patients for pelvic health in an outpatient clinic
  • Also will have the opportunity to treat ortho and neuro patients

Education / Accreditation / Licensure (required & preferred):

• BS/MS/DPT degree in physical therapy required.
• DPT degree preferred.
• Valid PT License Kentucky State Board of Physical Therapy

Certification

• CPR, BLS through the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience 

• 1 year experience is preferred, but we will consider new graduate with an interest in pelvic health
