The Clinical Nurse Manager will have responsibility for the overall operations of the nursing unit to include financial performance, service quality, clinical outcomes, quality improvement, employee satisfaction, and patient satisfaction. The Clinical Manager of the Nursing Department will have direct reporting responsibility to a designated Nursing Director.

7 Towers is a 23-bed advanced medical-surgical intermediate unit sees high acuity patients from a variety of services including medical, surgical, cardiac, neurology, rehabilitation and observation patients.

EDUCATION & TRAINING:

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.

Master’s Degree in a Nursing Specialty or Nursing Administration strongly preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Required minimum of 3 years leadership experience with a Bachelor’s Degree OR 5 years leadership experience in the discipline without a Bachelor’s Degree.

LICENSE & CERTIFICATION:

Kentucky RN License required, with professional certification in a either a leadership or clinical specialty area required.
