Overview

We are hiring an Outpatient Clinical Supervisor at UofL Health - Frazier Rehab on our NeuroRehab team

Location: 200 Abraham Flexner Way Lou, KY 40202

Shift Options: Full Time 1st shift

 

 

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for supervising operational activities and providing clinical management of physical therapy to the patient populations served by the facility. This shall include the direction, supervision, instruction, and evaluation of the professional staff, supportive staff, and students providing rehab services to patients. This position will also perform the duties of a clinical therapist.
This position will promote smooth operations, prompt and effective response to problems/concerns, continued department development, and program expansion. This position is also responsible for the coordination of interdepartmental functions and activities to ensure smooth and effective operations consistent with the objectives of the facility.

Qualifications

Certifications:

 • Licensed or eligible in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

 

Education:  

• BS, MS or DPT in Physical Therapy from a college/university accredited by the respective national accrediting body. 

or BS, MS in Occupational Therapy from a college/university accredited by the respective national accrediting body.

or BS, MS or Doctorate of Speech-Language Pathology accredited by the respective national accrediting body.

 

Experience:  

• 3 years of recent clinical experience in an environment commensurate with the practice setting and programmatic needs of the facility.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrates effective physician relations, communication skills, organizational skills, and managerial skills.
