Shift: 8:00a-4:30p Fulltime Monday-Friday

Our Kosair for Kids Children’s Peace Center is the largest and most comprehensive private provider of youth inpatient behavioral health services in the country treating children and adolescents with behavioral health and co-occurring disorders. We have a partial hospitalization program for school-aged children and an inpatient specialty program for children and adolescents who have complex treatment needs, such as intellectual or developmental disabilities accompanied by acute behavioral and psychiatric symptoms. Job Summary

The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides behavioral services to patients admitted to our inpatient Innovations Program which serves children and adolescents with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) including Autism, Traumatic Brain Injury, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome and other diagnoses.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Current license as a Behavior Analyst in Kentucky or obtained within four (4) months of hire
  • Board Certification Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA)
  • Ability to complete Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training and successful completion during new hire orientation.
  • BLS required from American Heart Association
