• Provide direct clinical intervention to support UofL Hospital staff members
• Perform diagnostic evaluations, interviews and acute crisis response
• Responsible for supporting an infrastructure of behavioral health access and wellness to UofL Hospital staff
• Develop staff centered treatment plans and interventions based on research, clinical experience, and client histories
• Coordinate therapeutic and wellness initiatives with facility leadership
• Review and evaluate progress in relation to measurable goals described in treatment and care plans.
• Responsible for timely, accurate and complete clinical notation (when applicable) in the electronic medical record.
• Completes and maintains all required components of data tracking to ensure proper evaluation and reporting of individual, group, and crisis response interventions.
• Respond to emergency calls, during established working hours, from direct care staff and leadership.
• Attend weekly clinical meetings with Employee Support & Wellness Manager.
