Job Summary

The LPN provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization specifically focused on behavioral health.

Required Qualifications

• LPN credentialed from the Kentucky Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date.
• BLS required from American Heart Association.
• Completion of an LPN program at an accredited school of nursing
• Prior acute care experience preffered
