Peer support, nurturing and continuous feedback will be provided throughout the experience.  Participation in the training program requires you to work full time 8-hour days.

After successful completion of the program, you will be offered a full-time position. Please note all the positions available for this program are full time.  Usually most positions are on first shift; however, other shifts may be what is available and will be filled according to area of greatest need in the department.  Surgical Nurses in the OR have a weekend and holiday rotation and are required to take call.
