This position schedules patient visits, diagnostic testing, minor procedures, laboratory testing, and special procedures for the Pain Management team. The Scheduler is the front line customer service representative and must maintain a respectful, professional demeanor and appearance at all times as well as promote the Core Behavioral Standards set forth by U of L Health.

Certifications:  CPR - Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association preferred

Education:  High School diploma or GED required

Experience:  Hospital, physician's office or outpatient scheduling experience preferred.  Medical terminology knowledge required
