Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Service Center Lead this position is responsible for the fulfillment of all orders. This position will ensure that all received orders are accurately picked and packed ensuring that the correct products and the correct quantities are shipped to the requesting location nightly. To perform these duties, the warehouse clerk will be required to operate various warehouse equipment. Examples of which include but are not limited to various types of forklifts, pallet jacks but manual and electric, inventory carousels, and sortation machinery. The inventory clerk will refill other suppling locations from over stock locations throughout the warehouse to ensure that the appropriate stock levels are maintained. This individual will also be tasked with rotating stock to ensure that the items closest to expiration go out first while removing expired products.
Under the direction of the Manager and/or Director of Care Coordination, the Social Worker performs activities which support the Care Coordination Department. The Social Worker promotes optimal health care outcomes in accordance with the policies, procedures, applicable laws and contracts, philosophy, mission, vision and values of University of Louisville Hospital; assumes responsibility and accountability for the appropriate utilization of facilities and services and serves as a resource to physicians, nurses and ancillary staff. The social worker provides psychosocial assessment, discharge planning, information and referral services, counseling, and the coordination of services which meet the health-related needs of patients of all ages, including infant (birth to one year), pediatric (1-11 years), adolescent (12-18 years), adult (19-65 years), and geriatric (66-older), in an acute care setting. The Athletic Trainer provides exceptional patient care within the hospital and clinic setting under the direction of the Physician as a member of a multi-disciplinary clinical team specialized in orthopedic and musculoskeletal care.
The Clinical Staff Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients and members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal medication therapy outcomes. The Clinical Staff Pharmacist performs medication order evaluation and verification, drug distribution, sterile and extemporaneous compounding, technical supervision, and clinical services.
The Clinical Pharmacist provides specialized pharmaceutical services to improve drug usage and therapeutic outcomes for patients.
