Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Service Center Lead this position is responsible for the fulfillment of all orders. This position will ensure that all received orders are accurately picked and packed ensuring that the correct products and the correct quantities are shipped to the requesting location nightly. To perform these duties, the warehouse clerk will be required to operate various warehouse equipment. Job Summary
The Patient Access Registrar presents a pleasing, helpful, and courteous manner to patients, physicians, visitors, co-workers, and all other internal and external customers of the hospital. The registrar interviews patients in a professional manner and obtains all personal, medical, and financial information necessary for admissions and billing properly for services rendered. Obtains accurate insurance information and signatures when applicable and explains payment options available and refer to Patient Financial Counselor if necessary.The registrar adheres to established policies and procedures for the department and the hospital when providing service to adults (ages 18-65), geriatric patients (age over 65), adolescents (ages 12-17) and pediatric/neonate patients (age under 12).
The LPN is responsible for providing patient care utilizing the nursing process. The nurse collaborates with members of the interdisciplinary team and ancillary staff, to provide effective, safe quality care. The LPN is a key member of a team, which promotes patients’ recovery and functional improvement.
The research billing coordinator position is responsible for reviewing the clinical research patient accounts in comparison to the clinical trial protocol, contracts, consent form and medical record to ensure that charges for items and services that are related to the study are properly billed. It works closely with the registration team, the coding manager and the billing department to facilitate the identification of research patients and accurate claims processing. The position responds to inquiries and audits patient accounts as needed to resolve issues that are identified.
